As of 8:30pm (EST), I triggered ovulation using the HCG shot. This is the last step before the retrieval to prime the eggs so they are ready to go. My E2 today was 3,259. Because of the risk of OHSS, I did 5,000 of the trigger instead of the full 10,000. I've done this with Timed Intercourse as well, so it wasn't new.
Retrieval is scheduled for 8:00am on Thursday. We are to be there bright and early at 6:30am
No turning back now!!!!
